Tauranga city

Our home base. New builds, renovations, reclads and extensions across the central suburbs and the established neighbourhoods: Otumoetai, Bethlehem, Brookfield, Greerton, Gate Pa, Welcome Bay, Ohauiti, Pyes Pa, The Lakes and Tauriko. Much of our renovation and reclad work is in these older streets, where the houses were built well but for a different era.

Mount Maunganui and Papamoa

Coastal building has its own rules. Salt air, wind exposure and sandy ground change the fixings, the cladding, the foundations and the joinery a house should have. We build new architectural homes on beachfront and near-beach sections at the Mount and in Papamoa, renovate and extend the older baches and 1980s houses that line the peninsula, and reclad the homes from the monolithic era that the coast has not been kind to.

Omokoroa, Te Puna and the harbour edge

The northern harbour side, from Bethlehem out through Te Puna to Omokoroa and Katikati, is growing quickly and has a mix of new subdivisions, lifestyle blocks and older harbourside homes. We build new homes and extensions here, and take on the renovations that turn a lifestyle property into the house it should have been.

Te Puke and the Eastern Bay

Te Puke, Paengaroa, Maketu and the Papamoa Hills are within our normal working range for new builds, extensions and renovations. For sites further east, ask; we will tell you straight away whether it works.

Waihi Beach and Katikati

At the northern end of the Bay we build and renovate beach houses at Waihi Beach and homes in and around Katikati, with the same coastal detailing we bring to the Mount.
